£5,000 worth of contents contained within unfurnished properties can be added to the Buildings Insurance cover for only £50.00 including Insurance Premium Tax. Cover is limited to carpets, curtains, sunblinds and white goods only.
Contents Insurance Cover includes:
- Exceptional cover to preserve your contents on a ‘New for Old' Basis.
- Theft or malicious damage by tenants.
- Replacement locks due to loss of keys.
- Accidental breakage of mirrors, plate glass tops to furniture and fixed glass in furniture.

- Students and DSS occupants accepted.

All policies can be transferred to our owner occupied home product if the property becomes owner occupied mid-term. Subject to a fully completed proposal form.
